Privacy Policy
Last updated 29 August 2026
The short version: this is a site made of written pages. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to fill in, and we set no tracking cookies of our own.
What we collect
There is nothing to register for on lotus365.name and no profile attached to you.
We do not run contact forms, newsletter signups or comment boxes anywhere on the site.
We set none. Nothing follows you between pages, and nothing follows you off the site.
No remarketing tags, no social pixels, no third-party scripts sitting in the page.
The pages here are static HTML with one stylesheet and self-hosted fonts. There is no analytics platform loading in the background and no external font service seeing your requests, which is a deliberate choice rather than an oversight.
What the server records anyway
Any web server keeps access logs, and ours is no exception. This is standard technical logging, not profiling.
| Recorded | Why it exists |
|---|---|
| IP address | Delivering the page, and blocking abusive traffic |
| Date and time of request | Diagnosing errors and outages |
| Page requested | Finding broken links and missing files |
| Browser and OS string | Checking layouts render correctly across devices |
| Referring page, when sent | Understanding which Lotus365 pages people arrive on |
These logs are not linked to a name, are not sold, and are not shared for marketing. They rotate on the hosting provider's normal schedule.
When you leave for a Lotus365 agent link
This is the part that actually matters, so it gets stated plainly.
The Get ID and chat buttons on this site open an external destination — a messaging service and an agent line. Once you tap one, you have left lotus365.name, and what happens after that is governed by their terms and their privacy practices rather than ours.
Anything you send in that chat — your name, your mobile number, a preferred Lotus365 username — goes to the agent, not to us. We never see it. We hold no record of who obtained an ID, and we could not look one up if asked.
Similarly, everything about your Lotus365 account itself — balance, exposure, bets, deposits, withdrawals, statement — lives with the operator. It is not visible to this website in any form.
What your browser stores while reading Lotus365 pages
We do not write to local storage or set cookies from these pages. Your browser may still cache the stylesheet, the fonts and the images so a second Lotus365 page loads faster, which is ordinary browser behaviour and clearing your cache removes all of it.
Children
This Lotus365 guide site is for adults over 18. We do not knowingly collect anything from anybody, and certainly not from minors, who should not be here at all.
Your choices while reading this Lotus365 site
- Block cookies entirely in your browser — the site works exactly the same, because it does not use them.
- Use private browsing. Nothing here depends on a persistent session.
- Use a VPN or a different DNS resolver. We neither detect nor care.
- Read the Lotus365 guides without ever tapping an outbound link. Every page is complete on its own.
Changes and questions
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions about privacy on this site can go through the contact page — though for anything concerning your actual Lotus365 account data, the agent who issued the ID is the only party who holds it.
Privacy on lotus365.name and where your Lotus365 data actually sits
lotus365.name is a static information site with no accounts, no forms and no tracking cookies of its own. That makes its privacy position unusually simple to describe: the pages are HTML, the fonts are self-hosted rather than loaded from an external service, and nothing profiles a reader between visits.
Server logs and what they contain
Standard access logging records IP address, timestamp, the page requested, a browser string and sometimes a referring page. That data exists for delivery, diagnostics and abuse prevention rather than for marketing, is not tied to any name, and is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Lotus365 account data is held elsewhere
Everything connected to an actual Lotus365 account — the username, balance, exposure, bet history, deposits and withdrawals — sits with the operator and the agent who issued the ID. None of it is visible to this website, so a request about account data has to go to that agent rather than here.
